I wanted to withdraw my 135 pounds from my account today and what I saw? I got only 35 pounds? !!!!!! IM A STUDENT! How I cover my expenses now? I can go to police but it will help me? Please help me

No the bank cannot help you with a refund.
You need to find out what the refund procedure with this company is - then follow it to the letter. You should get back the amount less than a fiver.
I can live on a week very well on £35 let alone a weekend.
If you have a medical condition requiring special diet/medication contact a medical professional.
  • The above advice is sound. You need to go on their website and look in their Terms & Conditions for refunds, and follow them. Generally it means writing a letter, not emailing or phoning. Usually, it takes some time to get a full refund (less £5) but mentioning making a complaint to the FCA in the letter might speed things up.

As a student, you should make a note to check out Terms & Conditions before committing yourself next time, whenever you sign up for anything on the internet, so as not to get caught out again.

why you said I cant do it via my bank? What about visa chargeback? I didnt authorize this transaction by myself. Its a scam man. I read other topic where people received refund from bank, so?

edit: yours help guys is useless :)) should I rely on thieves and wait kindly for refund from them? Haha! sounds funny. Look on google what is SGE Loans. People were waiting 2 months for nothing. After that they had to go to police or others institutions.

You could try the bank, they may reverse the transaction if you say it was unauthorised. But they may send you away because you authorised the initial payment.
First thing you need to complain to the company, officially in writing. If they don't resolve it you can complain to the ombudsmen.

No the advice above is not useless. Possibly not what you want to hear but sound advice all the same. Follow it and you should get you money, minus a small amount.

I have looked on their website, and there does not seem to be a mention of a fee. Indeed, they do state on their HOW IT WORKS page: We are paid a small commission by credit and energy providers for introducing new customers to them. There is no charge for our service to you. This being the case, you should contact your bank and inform them that an illegal transaction has taken place. If you can, print out their HOW IT WORKS page and take it into your branch.

Ring your bank NOW! Tell them the charge is wrong and read them what I pointed out above, and ask them to reverse the charge. Be polite but firm. If they do, great. If they don't, then you will have to go into your branch on Monday and try and sort it out.

If the above doesn't work, ring the FCA on Monday for advice.

don't spout nonsense when people are asking for help.

Of course the bank can help, if its an unauthorised transaction, the bank is obliged to investigate.

Unless the op agreed to make payments of £100 then its a fraudulent transaction, the bank needs to be told this and they will initiate a chargeback
