Broadband without line rental

Options
Anyone know what might be the best deal for broadband only without committing to a line rental deal? Currently now paying £15,00 a month for SKY broadband only with unlimited downloads and not taking their line rental as committed in another contract for that.

You need to rent a line to get broadband unless you go for a satellite or WiFi provider

Think you misunderstood my post. Currently have line rental with one provider & broadband with another. Are there any good cheap deals out there for just broadband only where you are not tied into contract with their line rental?

I'd give Sky a call and see what they're prepared to offer. As an ex-BE customer (with BT line rental) I managed to get Sky to reduce BB only to £5pm.

You can get broadband only access from virgin media, no line rental

Yes, but the costs are similar to if you were paying line rental! I'd stay with Sky until you reach your line rental minimum term and then switch to a full LLU service. Sky's non-LLU service is fairly dire. Bundling the two is invariably cheaper.
