S & K car parking management fine!!

Hi all, I have received a parking fine from this company in Hanley Stoke on Trent which claimed to be part of the BPA group, demanding a fine of 60 pounds, for overstaying outside the odeon car park, What would be the correct action to take on this? Any advice would be very much appreciated. Thanks
