S & K car parking management fine!!

in Parking tickets, fines & parking
Hi all, I have received a parking fine from this company in Hanley Stoke on Trent which claimed to be part of the BPA group, demanding a fine of 60 pounds, for overstaying outside the odeon car park, What would be the correct action to take on this? Any advice would be very much appreciated. Thanks

    they havent demanded a fine at all.

    Action to take? read the sticky thread.

    as well as dealing with scumbag parking,
    find out who owns the car park and complain to them about the actions of their agent

    stop calling it a "fine" would be a good start

    use the word INVOICE and you are nearer the mark :)

    then read the NEWBIES sticky thread and follow the advice therein (which is why its all in there and stuck to the top of this forum)

    Only if they took you to court and won, in which case you'd get a CCJ.

    And you refuse, ignore, or fail to pay any judgment against you within the stipulated timeframe - however unlikely from this bit-part, small-time, light-weight PPC. Totally under your control.

    If you really want to know the likelihood of them issuing court papers, look here. This is the latest record of PPCs 'doing court'.

    You need to do two things:
