I recently sent a flight delay form to B.A. For a flight my wife and three friends took in 2012 to Salisbury in Maryland U.S.A. This was a journey in three parts . From Newcastle Airport U.K. To Heathrow ,Heathrow to Philidelphia and Philidelphia to Salisbury.when my wife and party arrived in Philidelphia they were told the flight was cancelled and was put on the next available one ,which was 13 hours later (the next morning) the booking was through B.A. The fist two flights were through B.A.but the third and delayed flight was flying wit U.S.Airlines .the reply I got back from B.A was that They were not responsible for the delay and I should contact U.S. Airline .
Do I still have a claim ,but against U. S. Airlines.
Can you please help.
Regards
