Can anyone advise me, I have just returned from New York, my first flight was cancelled and no reason given, we were re booked onto a second, that was also cancelled no reason given, eventually we re-booked on a flight to Heathrow some 23 hours later, then a connecting flight to Manchester, how do I know if compensation is a possibility.

Given the limited information it does look like you may have a claim, read the guide linked and post in the british airways thread for advice

I have little infact no experience in claiming and am unsure on how or what I do to start a claim.0
