Hester, do you plan to actually travel about or just move locally? I ask selfishly, would love to meet you if I was in England and you were floating accessibly.
I'm a very lucky bunny, I work now in a hospital in medical imaging, so I had a sonographer and the radiologist do the ultrasound yesterday, today I had a chat with the senior radiologist. He says an mri is a good idea, even if it just settles my mind. He understands my concerns and says that ultrasound can't see if it's caused by anything or attached to anything beneath it iyswim. And it being bigger is not ideal. So GP tomorrow, and probably in for an mri at the weekend (same company I work for, so no fee). Like I say, very fortunate.
Although, if it does turn out to be that spare of hands, I'll keep them and just alter my trousers.Softstuff- Officially better than 0070 -

Sounds lovely. If I see any narrow boats bobbing up and down on otherwise calm canal waters I'll yell "Hester? Is that you?"
The grandkids will love it, a huge adventure and a fantastic story to tell their friends.Softstuff- Officially better than 0070 -
