    You can open another Newcastle ISA and put your money in there: http://www.newcastle.co.uk/customisa/. You will probably get a dreadful interest rate.

    You cannot, this tax year, put any money into a cash ISA with another provider but you can put money into an S&S ISA.

    It's not clear to me whether you needed to preselect the ISAs which constitute the Newcastle CustomISA before you subscribed. I suggest you phone them to see whether you can open another ISA as part of a CustomISA at this stage.
