I have been rejected by Flybe under EC Regulation
261/2004 for a flight in April 2006 that was delayed for 5.5 hours.
The CAA say they can't help either as it is over 6 years ago.
Your thoughts would be appreciated.

Sorry to say that this is one of the few times the CAA are correct,
unfortunately you left it too late to claim.Please read Vaubans superb guide. To find it Google and then download 'vaubans guide'.0 -
