Trying to locate proof of travel

Hi all,

Sorry if this has been answered in the maze of responses over the past few years but I'm going to ask for your help and hopefully obtain some tips on moving forward.

Traveled EMA to Paphos back in august 2008 with BMI (BA took them over) but booked through flythomascook.com.

I've been around the houses a bit trying to locate a confirmation email/information that I no longer have to submit to BA as they have flat refused to give me the information they hold on me on that flight itinerary because they would have to pay out (it seems).

I'm now nearly 12 months in and have contacted Thomas Cook to see if they will help me, but I seem to be hitting brick walls where no one wants to give me the information they all seem to have but because I cannot confirm the reference I am trying to obtain they will not give me anything.

Anyone got any tips of how to free up this information.

You can look as much as you want but you are out of time, flight more than 6 years ago and no court action.
