Yep, always worth having more than one. Zero has gone through phases of getting blocked just as my other cards have. In particular, for a while, HSBC machines in Vietnam always triggered a block. I'd get it unblocked and it would be instantly blocked again on insertion in an HSBC machine. Other card were fine (just as Zero is fine now).
If in a different time zone, bear in mind that the daily limit is by reference to UK time... This means you can sometimes get £600 in a (local) day, or you might find you have to wait until a certain time before withdrawing because you made a withdrawal the previous (local) day.0
