Can I reclaim bank charges in my situation?

I am with lloyds bank, I have a £2000 planned overdraft, every month I pay high charges for this and need to try and get rid of the overdraft ASAP. I also have a premier account which you can't buy anymore, to get the added benefits like phone insurance. I have heard that it's possible to claim bank charges? Would i be able to in my situation? My only worry is that they may take away my overdraft and then leave me with no money?
Thanks
Thanks
