Hi,
My wife and I were on the above flight returning from a cruise. The plane never came out from Birmingham so we were delayed over 24 hours.
I first wrote to Thomson's on the 30th June 2014 registering my claim. Surprised they delayed by saying they were waiting the outcome of the appeal to the European court. Following the ruling from the court in November. I wrote to Thomson's again on the 7th December 2014 and never received a reply.
On 15th Feb. 2015 I contacted Thomson's again via their website.
On the 21st Feb. 2015 I received a Cheque for £901.32.
