    You should of really backed up the executable keys or kept the email reciept with your order details on it as when you order they do outline that they arent replacable without these details.

    Hopefully you will be able to sort your Clone DVD. If you can't, I reccomend DVDFab, it is very good.

    If you go to www.videohelp.com then they have lots of help and free trial downloads of lots of software.

    I swear by DVDShrinker, I can vouch it works with Vista, and that you will never go back to Dvdclone, the fact it is FREE is a huge bonus for you
