Twiggy - good luck for tomorrow
Bob - eeeew about the mouse. Hubby and I want to get a cat one day but I hope it's not a mouser. I love mice and all little furry creatures (and feathered and not so furry ones!). Bit of a softie about animals.
Welcome aboard to any newbies

Just managed to sit down for 5 minutes before I continue with the list. Been so busy today!! Got a very additional things, like make lunch for tomorrow and all baby's meals for childminder. I know it's late but needs must. Will add them to above as I go!
Really excited about going back to work tomorrow! Also a little stressed with all the things that surround it and sorting out the paperwork etc! A little extra income is more than welcome and hopefully some savings on ultilies as I won't be in the house all the time! I get 4 weeks housing benefits at same rate as I go into job which will help big time. Things may be hard for a few weeks as I have to pay childminder before I receive money towards it, but I'll get there!
Got a free leather box to store toys in from sister. Free half a larger from ex as we discussed children and new routines :-D
Had dietbetic foot check today so all fine. Bloods come back very high, however last week really improved so a step in the right direction. Work will help too as I won't have a constant urge to eat all the time!!
Hope everyone had a good day xxDebt Remaing £315 :jBreath out the past, Breath in the futureBig Dreams Start Small0 -
Foxgloves - that sounds really yummy. Have screenshot that to try one day

Evening all
I had leftover Sunday lunch for today's lunch, including the leftover part of one half of a 17p packet of stuffing, so I still have half a packet left and that should do 2 more meals, so I'm quite pleased with that purchase.
Also I saved the gravy and heated that up, I usually do fresh for leftovers but it tasted fine.
I usually throw the bread at 2 days after sell by, but I went for 3 days this time and it seemed fine.
Leftover soup for tea but splashed out with 2 pieces of garlic bread which I adore.
My mobile phone is dying so rang up and got a new contract for less than my existing one but at same level of package. Did consider not having a smart phone as I've got a couple of old standard phones lying about, but sometimes you need google maps or the internet. Apparently also get a free fit band gadget thing, but not sure if I need one....perhaps I could sell it!
Getting into checkoutsmart but having trouble making sure I've got the list with me, hoping the new phone might sort that out.
Not a bad day, all considered.Debt -it's a fight that I'm winning, dealing with debt one day at a time.

Google free postcode lottery, register your own email and check it everyday after 12, £80 daily jackpot rolls over if unclaimed. Only registered postcodes are in the draw. Have seen the daily prize hit £700 and nothing at all to enter. Also check the stack pot which changes at 9am and 9pm, but that's only a tenner each draw.
Oh and if your neighbours enter and claim, you have to share it, but if there are more of you in it, the more likely you are to win!
http://freepostcodelottery.com/?ref=176206 if you register through this link I would get commission, I think it's 1p or something. But just typing it the normal address works as well.
This is not at all connected with the paid postcode lottery, and I'm not connected with either, I just like to see my 1p for visiting the site each day add up.
The site is funded by advertising so as more people sign up, the daily prize is creeping up as well.Debt -it's a fight that I'm winning, dealing with debt one day at a time.
