so send them the LBCCC letter by lazydaisy from the sticky threads , making them fess up or not
its either real, or bogus , so create a paper trail and keep details and copies , in case an MCOL turned up (which I doubt), in the next 5 to 6 years , from Northampton or from Salford0 -
It is indeed LJB Legal (i know, pretty funny!)
Thanks, I'll send JAS Parking Solution the LBCCC just in case then.
Thanks again.0 -
think it has to go to the legal services address, not JAS, could be wrong though
ie:- if it was gladstones for example , the challenge goes to them , not to the PPC ?
so this may go to the one making the so called court threats ?Their last letter, from JBL Legal Services was a "Letter Before Action/Claim".
so not to JAS (although it may well be from the same person in actual fact)0 -
Hmmm....you're right. The problem is that there is no address for LJB Legal Services, bar that email address. I've emailed them but no reply yet. I'll take a pic this evening as I guess it would make things clearer0
-
ok , well see what they come back with, if there is no registered address for snail mail instead of just an email address then it doesnt seem legal at all , certainly wont have come from a solicitor0
-
do LJB Legal Services mention anywhere on that letter the word solicitor's ?
important0 -
Whilst it doesn't change any of the advice (ignore), is it JBL Legal or LJB Legal?

But seriously, why are we still even discussing this codswallop? Some people need to grow a pair.Je suis Charlie.0 -
I just want to let you all know, that I am also at this stage and the letter doesn't mention anything about "solicitor". I know most of you are saying ignore these letters, but the amount of letters you receive, shouldn't we write back on the lines of harassment?? I hope everything works out for JohnSmith99!0

And what do you think that would achieve? Dara will just file it in the folder marked "Thanks for the laugh", while ticking the box on his screen labelled "Got a live one here, turn the thumbscrews". And then twice as many letters spew out of his Amstrad PCW.Je suis Charlie.0
