    Isn't there something about sorting the mail at the top of the pile first so as to hit performance targets . The stuff thats stuck in the strike or been sorted to late has already missed targets so they catch it up last. More recent stuff gets sorted before early stuff if that makes sense.

    my boyfriend has had 2 negs today for items that only finshed on 23rd july its a nightmare getting the stuff out when royal mail have not called to pick up bags of posting as arranged. You ring them up and one person says they are coming then another says o no we are not. If you do get a pickup its not getting there for people quick enough. 2nd person who negged was fairly new so i assume they just copied the one befores impatience.
  • Things are going to be chaos if and when Royal Mail does get back to normal. It's a catch 22 situation, though. I'm waiting on three items atm, but when I'll get them is anyone's guess.
