Hello.
My Beko washing machine tub is not turning at all.
Its filling and emptying but not turning at all.
The belt is fine and wiring seems to be clean.
Machine only about 3.5 years old and not a massive amount of use.
Any thoughts please.

Motor / motor brushes ?0

Got a Beko about the same age.
I had the same fault... I removed the motor & the brushes had worn out.
Got some from ebay for £7.0 -
The model number is WM6123W
looks like the motor is held on by 3 torx head screws.
Not too confident with this but I suppose its worth a go0 -

Did the brushes look short?

Yes thanks they are the same.
One of my brushes looks half the size of them.
So we might have a suspect.0 -

Look on the 3rd image at the above link. It looks like the two brushes are at the back of the motor.
I would very strongly recommend watching some Youtube videos, even if the motors aren't quite the same as yours.
It's recommended to blow out any existing carbon dust from the motor using a compressor if possible, or a can of compressed air. Too much carbon dust built up in your motor isn't good for it.
When you do take out the brushes, look very carefully at how the ends of the current brushes are orientated. Basically the new brushes should be inserted so that the FLAT ends sit against the round commutator, NOT the pointed ends. When you turn the motor by hand, you should be able to do so without force.
With the new brushes installed and the motor fitted, run an EMPTY cycle - ideally the longest one there is. If that test passes, make the next 4-5 loads lighter than normal as the brushes will still be bedding in.0
