mot angel

Given that there are several areas of rot in the sills noted - including fails at the seatbelt mounts - noting that there are plastic oversills seems to be eminently sensible. Who knows what's behind them?that's a lot of (pointless) advisories, do you do work on cars as well, or are you an MOT only garage
As for the engine bay undertray - again, given that the rear subframe's rotten and there are several other areas of structural rot, together with umpteen items of wear or split gaiters, it seems like a very sensible thing to advise.

Since it's, what, £45 for an MOT with free re-test, aren't you better putting the other £252 aside for repairs and take it to your local garage?
You must be expecting it to be bad, and mot angel don't seem to cover wear and tear items (i.e. pretty much anything that'll fail).0
