What search did you use ? I am trying to get something almost identical to our case, I have come across other things on line but nothing really in the same circumstances.

Like I said, I used the search box on their website homepage...top right of the screen.

I can see the annual report about the issue but I can't find any case studies
  • Can you not sue your dad for buying faulty implants?
Any no win no fee solicitor willing to take your case on your behalf?

Ha ha , I'm sure if my dad knew they were faulty he would of never of purchased them, he was told like the rest of people who purchased PIP implants that they were the best on the market. Yeah rite!
  • Assuming your father is the account holder then he'd have to prove he had benefit from the purchase. Probably fairly hard to do on a daughters tit job

It could be argued that the benefit the father had was in seeing his daughter as a much more confident person.

Clutching at straws really, but if thats all you have...

I have seen them all now thank you, it look like we don't have a case but still it's worth a try. Thanks all

Thank you in a respect that's what he has said but in more depth.

If it's a wife the benefit is more 'tangible', but all complaints weren't upheld regardless.
