Does a Health Lottery Winner Have to Publicise ?

A relative of mine won a couple of thousand quid on the health lottery - and he's been told he has to let them publicise it even though thats not want he wants. They reckon its in their T&Cs (which are not available online) - is this legal ? Can they force him to accept publicity ?

Why would they want to publicise a two thousand pound win? I don't know who would really care about such a small win?

6.15 By claiming and accepting a Prize Players agree to publicity which will be carried out at the sole discretion of the Company.

They can only force him if he has already agreed to that term.

I'll leave you to read them and decide whether your relative is obliged to accept the publicity.
