namesco billing error

Subscribers to Namesco broadband should check their bank statements for overcharging.
The company is operating a policy whereby they sit back and wait for complaints. So if you have been overcharged (in my case 3x), the refund will not be spontaneous.
The customer care employee said that the reason for the policy was that they were unaware of who had been overcharged.

ROFL! What a great policy! I can just imagine someone doing it for fun and employing a call center of complaints managers just for funnies[FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]"The internet is a great way to get on the net."

I am disappointed that the post has been moved.
I would not normally look in the internet access forum and would therefore be none the wiser of money being lifted from my account.
My reason for posting in the 'grabbit' forum was because the overcharging involves expenditure, there is a time limit and as the most viewed forum, it would alert people.
The employee said that this was a systemic error which affected billing for the month of July.0
