Yes but how many grams of gold does your ring weigh?. I was left a 18 carat wedding band 6 millimetres and a 18 carat white topaz solitaire ring and im thinking of selling them. According to the gold traders site my items are probably worth £135 together.No lol, but I've just weighed my 18ct Wedding Ring and its worth £110
