Hiya everyone
It's our 5th wedding anniversary today but we are not going out as I'm working and DH is on earlies. So we will probably go for a drink at the weekend and then put the monies to our holiday meals-out as we go on Monday
It's also my last day at work as we have decided I should take early retirement. I am starting to find it a bit too much now working five out of ten every fortnight.
It seemed a good time to give my notice as only have to work this week and then away for the other three weeks anyway. So not really decided what I will do after my holidays but will worry about that when I come back and just enjoy the time away.
So hopefully will be able to spend more time making money in other ways and go back to learning my Spanish

Happy 5th anniversary and retirement lynnejk, hope you find it restful and get to do loads with hubby
well done CatherineMM, love reading things like this. Let us know whether you are going on holiday or buying forever stuff.
moneyonmymindsam - definitely it is house roadkill
baibelle - do you have a smartphone? there is an app you can download that records how many steps you take a day. when you hit more than 10000 a day, you earn points. these points can be converted to vouchers.
welcome to all new and old people on here , lovely to see you all.
I have been making money but am waiting for some cashouts.
I have finally hit £50 on newvistalive and emailed to say where is my cheque? got told it will be sent by middle of the next month after I completed my £50!!! I completed last month and have been waiting for my cheque. Am closing my account once received, why should I wait so long for a cheque that will take another week to clear
also on £39.90 on onepoll, another one I will close once cashed out.
I have sold 2 items on ebay, for a loss on both but they are out of my house and the money has gone towards bills. So it all helps.
Have loads more to shift as usual, so will see what i can do to get rid.
I cashed out last week for paypal on swagbucks and received it this week.
Need another 222 to cash out again this week.
Hoping to make that by Friday.0 -
lynnejk. Wow! Wedding anniversary, retirement and upcoming holiday all at once. Sending big congratulations your way:beer: Enjoy every minute :dance::dance:
Aesop. Congratulations on the big payouts reached/nearly reached on your surveys:T. It takes forever, doesn't it, with some of these companies:mad:? Well done for sticking at it. I sometimes wonder whether some of them are worth the time taken as it takes years to get to the redemption stage. I think I'm going to follow you and close some of the ones that take years to accrue enough for payout. Will keep plodding on with YouGov though as although it takes ages to reach £50 I actually enjoy their surveys. I wish all companies were like Pinecone (fantastic rate of pay and money in Paypal within days of each survey ending:j)0 -
