Sky tv refund

Just a quick one about anyone having problems with latest software locking up box etc
I contacted Sky and have received a £12.98 reduction on last months bill because of it,Not much i know but better then nothing.

    Are you still in the first year of your contract. If so, it is there responsibility. After the first year, it will be yours.


    Usually there is something wrong with the box, did they go through the problem on the phone with you to fix it.
    make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.

    It was yours from day one. But for 12m it's under warranty. As pointed out above, after that the equipment is not covered and is up to you to maintain.
    No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)
