Does anyone save all the paperwork(flight no,confirmation, boarding passes etc) for 5yrs or more.My daughter and her family were delayed due to overbooking on a Thomas Cook flight in may 2010.they all had to be taken to a hotel overnight and fly home the next day. However, thomas cook want proof of paperwork etc and my daughter only has the date of delay on her passport.Surely the airline has proof of this.Any advice?

The thing is, other peoples paperwork wouldnt be any good. i think Thomas Cook would want copies of your daughters' booking.0 -
