Flight delay compensation

Many thanks for your advice, after a flight delay (May 2014), and several requests, Thomas Cook finally paid compensation, initially to be in vouchers but changed to bank transfer, when requested. However, most stages took 28 days, sometimes after being prompted on the 29th day!! :j
