    Not really as the court costs and the bailiff costs can be recouped from the tenant.

    In Deleted_User case her LL didn't protect her deposit and was incapable of issuing a Section 21 correctly so my sympathy for her LL is non-existent.

    Not sure what you mean. I have always paid my rent, I've never damaged a property. In 15 years all deposits have been returned on leaving.

    My previous landlord of 6 years has provided a lovely refrence for me.

    I have paid the deposit and rent for the tenancy.
