Just paid £9.59 off my barclaycard! Small amount but it all adds up!!

Sold our puppy crate today so that's another £20 in the baby fund!

I have a sealed jar at home which I think has around £100 in it so I am going to use it to buy baby essentials.

Just paid £7 off the barclaycard this morning. So by the end of the week the barclaycard should be below £1300. I am still on track to get this card paid off by the time baba comes in February. I have 7 more pays to get it cleared so need to pay £211 per month off it.:D

So payday was on Friday. I just got the chance to pay my bills this morning. So far I have paid:
£120 off barclaycard - still need to pay another £80 to reach my target of getting this cleared by February
£50 off halifax card
£166.79 off loan
£50 off overdraft

So my aim now is to try and make £80 somehow this month to pay off the barclaycard. I NEED to have this cleared before the baba comes in February. This is my priority now. I have a bag full of clothes that I am going to start putting on ebay this week so hopefully that will start me off getting near the £80.

I am also collecting £2 coins. I got 2 yesterday so they went straight into my sealed tin. If worst comes to worst and I don't get the barclaycard paid off by February then I will open the sealed tin and use that. I think I must have over £100 in there at the minute.

I still need to do a lot of saving also for baby things and to keep me going on maternity leave. I will only get £140 a week when I am off so need to save some money in case of emergencies!

So didn't manage to put anything on ebay last night :mad: I am exhausted when I get home form work so don't have the energy to do anything lately. I'm hoping as I move further into the second trimester I will get some energy back. So tonight I am really going to make an effort to at least get 3 or 4 things on ebay. I noticed this morning that I have a lot of stuff that would be more suitable to a car boot sale so I think I will get organised and do one of those soon. So between that and ebay I am bound to make the £80 that I need for the barclaycard

Made another £20 last night. I'm loving making some extra cash and clearing out the house at the same time! I need to get paint and wallpaper for the nursery so I will put this £20 towards that. Still have to list a lot of stuff on ebay too.

Yay! I finally listed some things on ebay :j 7 things in total. So far I have bids on 5 and lots of watchers so hoping I at least get about £40 from that.

We spent the weekend clearing more stuff from the house to make room for the baba so found a lot more stuff that I can sell. I'll try to put a few things on every night if I can.

Had to buy paint at the weekend for the nursery. DH wanted to get new doors upstairs but we ended up just buying a tin of gloss and painting the doors white. Saved us a good bit of money and looks just as good

so my ebay listings finish tonight. So far 6 things out of 7 are selling. I still have lots of watchers on them too so I'm hoping the bids go up later. I have also found more clothes to put on tonight so that should make me another few pounds!

I have also nearly finished a full card of tesco stamps. I have £47 on it so I only need another £2 to finish it and will use it in December so that will be £50 off the shopping. I picked up another card so I might even get another one filled before the end of the year. I could even start getting some baby essentials with it.

I really feel like I am finally getting on top of my debts lately. Long may it continue!

Once I get paid for the rest of the stuff I have on ebay I'll transfer that money from paypal. The selling bug is back!

All 7 of my things on ebay sold! I now have £35.63 in my paypal account and I am still waiting to be paid for 1 more thing. I also managed to list 3 more things last night with a bid on 1 already and watchers on the rest. I am searching the house now for anything I can sell!
