  • Last minute most the time, nature of work makes long term planning difficult
  • Depends.
I tend to book holidays throughout the year depending on whenever I see a really good airfare.
Occasionally it's last minute ( the Caribbean always delivers cheap deals around Sept/Oct for the traditionally quiet month of November and Florida between half-term and Easter ) but sometimes 9 months in advance.

As soon as flights become available, because we are restricted to school holiday dates.
Everything will be alright in the end so, if it’s not yet alright, it means it’s not yet the end

  • In 2013 I booked my accommodation about 30 mins before the train left, and it's a 20 min walk to the station.

we booked our holidays a few weeks ago for July. We always book way ahead and spend the time preparing in advance.

we always book at least 4 months before, it gives us a bit of time to pay the holiday off and to save up some spending money...
Corduroy pillows are making headlines! Back home in London now after 27years wait! Duvet know it's Christmas, not original, it's a cover.
  • We book our summer holiday as soon as the flights are released. In the past I have waited, hoping that the price will come down and it never does, so we now book straight away!

Also find you have the best choice of flight times, hate really early or really late flights.
We normally book accomadation around six months in advance.

Where is the "all of the above" option? It depends on the situation for that particular year.

Probably about 2-3 months ahead. I usually can't get my time off work organised further head than that.
