No Spare belt in box. If there was it wouldn't last long. The part it goes round is rusty, has a sharp edge and cut the belt it came with.

You told us that the purchase was made from Currys, so how on earth did Hoover manage to get your son's bank details without him voluntarily giving the information to them?
