Meanwhile - back in the real world the OP is wondering what to do with her Ford Fiesta.

Sarah - the price seems about right to me so I would go ahead on one condition - that the tyres are a brand that normal people have heard of.

Not some 'ying tang tiddle i po' jobs from the land of chop-sticks which will land you in the ditch the first rainy day.

    Sounds about right,
    Tyres £150-200 for a pair.
Brake discs and pads about £100 fitted
    MOT fee approx £50?

I'm sorry, I know you think you are providing useful advice but you're completely wrong. Not everyone drives eco-boxes like Ford Fiesta's or Vauxhall Astra's.

£100 fitted for discs and pads for a 350z? You live in la la land, we're talking about Brembo brakes here

No were not we are talking about the OPs fiesta.

Funny, because I don't ever recall the 350z as being a chavs car. Keep your silly suggestions towards the OP, its more suited to a Fiesta ;)

The 350z is for people who can't afford a GTR (or even the bigger brother 370z).

Lol you're just proving your own ignorance. Firstly the 370z isn't the 350z older brother, it's the successor.

Secondly the GT-R is in a different class altogether, it competes against super cars.

    I'M the one proving ignorance?

Note that I didn't say older brother, I said BIGGER brother. Also note that my post is not edited, so that really is what I said.

And although I didn't state it, one could reasonably assume that a car with a higher number is either a newer model or more powerful, or both.
