Qantas Compensation Agreed but Delayed

I have successfully through the excellent guidance on this site made a claim with Qantas and received verbal and letter and email confirmation that they will pay the full amount. Originally on confirmation bank details for transfer of the amount provided but advised of up to 8 weeks for Qantas to make the payment.
Now past the eight weeks and excuses from Qantas that their finance team are having problems with Swift code which sounds rubbish to me and more like delaying tactics.
Anybody else had problems with Qantas and what else can I do to force their hand in completing the transaction - go to a flight delay claims specialist?
