Since the OPs mother actually suggested it (according to the OP, anyway) I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and hope it's was well intentioned. But the risks are huge, for both parties. If she has room for you to live there with her (presumably that's part of the plan) why not just move in and help her with rent? Council rent is cheap, you could save towards buying somewhere for yourself.
This post clearly sets out all the disadvantages for the OP's mum, most of which are not appreciated by people in the OP's position before they ask the question. It is not a nasty post by any means.
There are NO advantages to this proposal for the OP's mum during her lifetime. The OP could secure her own position by moving in with her mum as suggested by others, and without jeopardising her mum's position.0
