Oh and I was having such fun
But ok Deep, if you think desperate then I need to change my tone. I will draft something more Bod-like. Happy days... absolutely loving the comments back. Never thought getting a PCN could be such a bonding experience.

Ok BTW deep I did stick in a request for a VAT invoice.
In case you were wondering. Just didn't post it on here.

Ryan Bryan - do you know Premier Park as a POPLA or IAS lot? I had them down as POPLA based on other posts on here but looking on the back page of their invoice/PCN whatever you call it refers to Independent Appeals Service. Guess I am about to be on the Kangaroo Court track when PP reply to my give me fricking appeal code letter... Will be interesting if I can get IAS to throw it out on the inadequate NtK timeline appeal point. Looks like all other IAS appeal points are firmly in the "don't give a poo" bucket.
Wonder if PP of Exeter have changed appeals service even though their invoice and signage is BPA... wonder if that is allowed? I am into unresearched territory now.... some reading to do tonight.0 -

As above, they are BPA so POPLA.

The latest missive from Premier Park - my deadline for POPLA submission is 30 April. I have some drafting to do.
Have reviewed photo evidence and it only shows the car entering and exiting the car park. Interestingly revisited carpark and photos show no entry signs... they are there now though but only reference parking, whereas internal signs and Premier Parks original failed NTK claim is for entry. Another excellent appeal point to add to the mix me thinks!
First one is letter, rest are pics

Top team I sent off my POPLA appeal today. I have the usual stuff, GEOPL etc. Floor signage added as entrance road marking words are all rubbed off.
I think I have them nailed though on Ntk served outside the statutory window as no notice to driver issued. Not counting my chickens... will they rustle up some photo of an alleged ticket on a windscreen that the driver never ever received. That would be playing dirty and a stitch up... could it happen.... let's wait and see.0 -
So old POPLA stayed my appeal till November. Beavis vs butthead.
They didn't go for the slam dunk that the NTK was out of time (no NTD) and there keeper liability unenforcable POFA 2012. Annoying.
I put off rebutting the evidence pack till I could be bothered. Oops, my mistake. Now we have new POPLA. So who do I write to?
As bored as everyone else with this malarky. Patience required and wait for my appeal to be upheld on the POFA non-compliance me thinks. Any other views?0 -
We're in the same boat with 3 long-overdue POPLA appeals still in limbo.
Like you, non-compliance with POFA 2012 was a slam-dunk reason to allow our appeals and like you, POPLA has decided to adjourn our cases pending the outcome of the Supreme Court's determination of the Beavis case, even though Beavis is of no relevance to our particular appeals.
I think the last thing that "old POPLA" did this morning (before turning the lights off) was to send out a flurry of e-mails to appellants advising that their appeals have been "adjourned" (pending the outcome of how the BPA and "new POPLA" decide how the backlog of POPLA appeals should be dealt with and paid for?).
I guess we'll have to exercise a little more patience - at least until 9th November.0 -
God knows who I will rebut their evidence pack with (what address etc) this month!!
Nice to know there is another few people like you and me Edna0
