It was all rough estimates, any way.
I'm just saying I seem to be paying more or less the same per kWh as before all this fuel poverty slogan chanting, when inflation adjusted.

And when you consider that relative to our European neighbours, things are much cheaper here, you do wonder if this brouhaha is because there's an election around the corner.... :cool:

Well SP have messed up my online account too. When I try to enter a meter reading, I get 4 meter reading boxes which must all be filled in with the same value. And yes all 4 are for the same meter and account. The meter is a normal one with the one reading only.

The computer does not seem to be able to handle the fact that I have been an SP customer on multiple occasions over the years (4 different contracts, why do I keep going back?). So the 3 dead accounts have some how been added onto the meter reading boxes hence the 4 boxes, one per contract. The new IT system is not working well for them here.

Also the meter reading boxes do not show the previous reading, hardly surprising as SP cannot tell me what the readings are. This is one of 2 complaints in progress at SP, the other is for the final gas bill.

God help when they try to calculate the final electric bill.
