Just ordered via Asda, I was going to Changegroup but waited and managed to get a good rate on some Lira's!
No solution but your post did help me and cost them a sale.
I also have Halifax Clarity Cards, but one nearly got swallowed whilst abroad so still like to take some cash.0 -

Another card or two is a better option than changing cash. Especially relying on cash to arrive in the post :eek:0 -
You can take ChangeGroup to small claims for non-delivery. Much easier than it sounds too.
