Hi, I bought my Now TV box for 9.99 about a year ago, if you don't know about Now TV it is a nice little box which gives you all the catch-up channels with no subscription. You can subscribe to several Sky services on a monthly basis with no commitment or contract. I subscribed to their Movie channel last year for 8.99/ month, it then went up to 9.99/ month. If you go online to stop your monthly payment, they first try to keep you on board by showing you the latest films available.
Click on "I still want to leave" and they offer you a 4 month deal @ 7.99/ month. - Just click YES, you just saved yourself 8 Quid.

Several "High Street" electrical, gaming & catalogue retailers now sell Now TV passes (without the boxes) in-store and/or for online purchase/delivery, which are equivalently cheaper than buying direct from Now TV.
A Sky Movies 2 month pass, for example, is £15 for 2 months- equivalent to £7.50 per month.
Others available include 3 month Entertainment passes for £15 & Sky Sports week pass for £10.0 -
I've cancelled both movies and entertainment in the last couple of days, the offered me 5 months of movies for 32.99 (6.60/mo) and 5 months of entertainment for 24.99 (5.00/mo). I took both offers to save over 5/mo!
I don't suppose anybody knows if these are repeatable?0 -
If you go to Currys they sell Now TV vouchers http://www.currys.co.uk/gbuk/now-tv-audio/digital-media-players/digital-media-players/311_3040_30040_3969_xx/1_20/price-asc/xx-30_xx_xx_xx_7-8-criteria.html
Also if you have sky broadband ask them nicely and they will contribute towards the cost.Paid off the last of my unsecured debts in 2016. Then saved up and bought a property. Current aim is to pay off my mortgage as early as possible. Currently over paying every month. Mortgage due to be paid off in 2036 hoping to get it paid off much earlier. Set up my own bespoke spreadsheet to manage my money.0 -
Look out for special offers on the boxes with passes.
At Christmas Tesco Direct were selling the boxes with 2 month movie pass for £10 and 250 clubcard points.
I bought a few, sold on the boxes for the same I paid, and every couple of months enter a fresh pass code.0
