Error in database

Hello

The Post Office database contains a spelling error in my address. The address also includes punctuation, which isn't accepted on some forms. I think this might be affecting my credit rating because I have recently been refused credit for one card I am apparently acceptable for, and in other respects my credit report is good. Does anyone know what can I do about this? I have emailed the Royal Mail but I'm not confident of getting a response.

    Hello

When you say your address contains punctuation, do you mean like:

    Flat 7, 103 Park Lane

If so, can you not when applying for products, just use separate lines so it would read

    Flat/House number: 7
    Road/Street: Flat 7, 103 Park Lane
