2 emails when reporting a post

I have noticed over the last couple of days that I now get 2 auto generated emails when I report a post on the forum.

I know I reported a post, I don't need 2 emails (or even 1) to tell me that I have reported a post.

I want at least one with a ticket number in case I need to send a follow up one on the same issue.

The 2nd one that seems to be coming through is one that shows the text of your report, again something that is useful to refer back to should I need to. Which is quite often the case.

Ideally that would all be combined into one report confirmation email though. 2 is a bit much.
