excellent, now sit back and wait for the cancellations etc, or complain to s clark in a few days or whenever

bear in mind the last thing I want is you in front of a judge at county court or 3 judges in the court of appeal - and 2 to 3 years of hell like B Beavis (he was in the COA in london last tuesday with his PE parking case)

Quick update... Good news PCN has been cancelled. The managing agent rang me the next day after the online appeal to say he'd spoke to them and they had the cheek to reply my appeal was in a "queue" so why the hell did they send another demand letter out? LIARS!!!

He spoke to them about cancelling so don't know whether my appeal would have been successful without his input.

Just a big relief!! I urge anyone if they can, to try and pursue landowners (the managing agents in my case) to get the PCN's cancelled as I really do believe this is very effective.

Finally if anyone is interested in the clinic I was talking about it was Loxford Polyclinic and they can pm me if they would like the details of the managing agent i spoke to etc..

Good luck to all those who are in similar situation I know it can be stressful and overwhelming sometimes but don't let these charlatans intimidate you.
