    Another vote for cash refund - P&O (and other cruise lines) are too fond of offering money off the next cruise.


    If this was Oriana, it has a long history of plumbing problems. We recently had no hot water for a couple of days and tales of wonky loos were rife.


    BTW, may I suggest next time you do some homework on cruise pricing? Unless you got a suite, nearly £4,000 for (presumably) 2 pax is a lot for a 12 day cruise.
