Sky tv, remove package to trigger offers

Can anyone point me in the right direction. Not long ago I read a forum post that described that visiting mysky and choosing my packages. When choosing remove pack, then can't afford, it was mentioned that it would show offers to tempt you to keep the chosen pack. Just need to find the instructions to at what point it offers.

Searched here and hukd chat but can't find it

It's in review my package, near end of screen it will say something like cancel movies, skygo or one other but it doesn't allow you to do sports. Sometimes it's not there though

To be honest ,if you want to get a good deal ring them and tell them you want to cancel as its too expensive,they may offer you something at this stage.
If you are not happy with the offer be polite and say no thanks .i am playing this game and am due to be disconnected next week.
As if by magic a 35% off deal has appeared in My Sky. I am holding out for 50% off.You have to be prepared to be disconnected for a while as they call your bluff about cancelling. Good luck

Went on live chat offered me 35% off. Asked about 50% went and asked manager, then agreed to 50% off. Happy enough as cut my bill by half
