Ocado & paypal

No, it didn't prompt me for my password so I didn't link the wrong card, I was prepared to change the funding source on the next page but it just said order completed. On the wrong card.
Ocado could help because they could refund the money (they do it for bruised apples & bashed packaging) to a VERY regular customer & re-take the payment. That IS possible but they said no.
I'm not blaming anyone else (especially OH) for my mistake but it wasn't clear that I'd 'set up' a payment plan thing with Ocado & Paypal & I think that's unfair.
I used to work in customer service & I regularly did things like this for valued customers. Grrrr.
My mobile charges for 0800/85 etc numbers - I'll check out that app.0 -
I suggest you stop shopping in places you cant afford. I believe lidl would be more your type of shop.0

Surely you can get him to? If not I find it very strange that he wouldn't do this. It's not as if you frittered the money away.0 -

That is wrong I've just tried it myself and this is displayed even without needing a password. It clearly has an option to change the payment method at the top just like I said it would earlier. You just didn't read what you were doing. I also think you Ocado an apology for the false claims you made above. This was your fault all along.0 -
My mobile plan treats 0845 (and I think 0870) as part of my inclusive minutes, and 0800 (and 0500) are free.
Giffgaff
Incorrect on 0845/0870

Might aswell have posted your referral link0 -
You're wrong. That bit didn't come up.
I had 'set up' a payment/billing agreement. I have no idea how:
'You've authorised use of your PayPal account for future payments to Ocado Retail Ltd.' It was absolutely not clear that this had happened. Also not clear was that I would not be able to change the card attached to paypal.
As you can see on your helpful screengrab, you can link your paypal to Ocado. When you do that (by accident), you don't get the option to 'change' the payment details.
Yeah, Lidl don't use paypal, I should be fine.0 -
"the poor get poorer".
No, the stupid get more stupid.
It's no-one's fault but your own. It was your mistake and you need to accept responsibility instead of trying to blame others.0
