    We signed up 27th Jan, installed on 4th Feb, got our netflix code by email about a week later. All good.

    The 'John' person was likely a grade 1 monkey. You can go to higher ranked monkeys within the call center and they may be able to offer a goodwill gesture. Never be disheartened if you get knocked back on the first occasion... a second monkey may be able to help.

    Netflix is £6.99 month so I'm not sure why they would say "it's free so there no loss"

    Sounds like you have been talking to the cleaner and not the customer services department
    When will the "Edit" and "Quote" button get fixed on the mobile web interface?
