The worst DRP can do is NOTHING other than send you 'scary' letters. They can't 'take you to court'! Search on 'DRP' or ' Debt Recovery Plus' via the forum search engine.
NEVER phone a debt collector or PPC; you'll always come off second best. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

PCS are doing this trick on quite a few customers , no initial ticket , no first letter from PPC , then a barrage from PCS , (and there sister company DRP,)
almost like they are trying to con people that they are the PPC0 -
Cool thanks guys - I shall ignore them.
Cheers0 -
I have had another letter from DRP today saying they will pass to solicitors. Should I write a letter of complaint to British parking copying PCS and DRP saying that they have not adhered to their appeals process and did not either reject or uphold my appeal and did not issue a POPLA code?
My wife is a bit stressed by these "red" letters.0 -

why not, cant do any harm , can it ?
you were told to do this 2 weeks ago in post #20 on page 1 too
an email to s clark with copies of all paperwork is all that is needed, mention that its CE RISK that is the PPC
bear in mind these "red letters" can go on for up to 6 years due to small claims court statute
if it bothers her, tell her not to read them , all you need to do is put them in a buff folder and file them for 6 years, bin after 7 years0 -
Yes complain to the BPA cc in the DVLA just to focus their mind.0

Sent complaint emails to DRP, DVLA and BPA this morning and just got an email from DRP saying
"Thank you for your email.
I have looked in to the matter and can see that an error has occurred regarding your appeal.
I can confirm that the Parking Charge Notice (PCN) has now been cancelled and the error is being investigated to ensure such does not happen again.
I apologise for the error and can confirm that no further correspondence will be sent.
Kind Regards"
Thanks for your help guys :-)0 -
well done m8
I thought they had failed in observing the BPA CoP for this small parking company
clearly they didnt want the BPA or DVLA investigating
hopefully, thats the end of it0
