    Hi

Has anyone bought a phone from www.mobileshop.com and applied for cash back?

What do you need to do? Are they good payers.

Used Chatterbox.com before and they were good.

    Thanks

Yep I've used Mobileshop for years, and recently applied for and received my first cashback cheque for the Orange SPV I bought from them about five months ago. It's quite a fiddly process - you have to make a note of when to send the voucher back to them, and it then takes about six weeks before they send you the cheque - but it all worked in the end ... providing it clears..!

I have purchased from Rhino Phones. They are very good to deal with.

I found them to be very efficient and had no problems with my cashback.

Just to let you know i have used Rhino Phones.co.uk in the past and found them to be great!

I have had absolutely no problems with them.

Also they have their offices open from 8 am till midnight, so you can email them anytime and they reply pretty much within 1 hour.

I am a satisfied customer with Rhino Phones and would recommend them.

A bit disappointed that they have lowered their prices this month, i bought a sim over christmas from them and paid £65.00 for relax 100 sim and it is now only £49.99

Whatever you do don't buy from ukphoneshop I did not receive my cash redemption at 9 months on my 3 contract, that was 4 months ago, I sent my bill to them recorded delivery at the proper time, have had the run around since, every excuse from its on their desk waiting to be processed, to, they have a backlog and its because I keep contacting them for my cash redemption that they are behind with their paperwork! Have given up and resigned myself to the fact that they are crooks and will take every opportunity to warn people not to deal with ukphoneshop as they cannot be trusted. Best that you deal with e2save or dialaphone.

Do you have to send them the original bills as well or just the vouchers? When I used chatterbox.com I just sent off the original bills after 6 months i.e. the 7the bill. Is it the same sort of thing with mobileshop?

  • I found Rhinophones.co.uk cashback to be hassle free.

Soon as i got my bill from T-mobile i posted it straight to them, they sent me the cheque within a couple of days.

They sent the cashback before T-mobile had actually debited my account!!!!! That's what i call quick service. They even emailed me to let me know they received my bill.

The reason i went with RhinoPhones.co.uk because it was recommended by one of my friends who has been dealing with them for a while, and he has had no complaints.
