Not sure if im right but,

2) "Cash Back" offers are only available to customers subscribing to a brand new 12/18 month airtime agreement. Upgrades & Pay as you go phones are excluded.

Don't that mean you'll only receieve cash back if you stay on the one contract for 12 months? (without changing tariffs/contracts)
