We have a letter back from DRP saying they're referring the matter back to Horizon.
I don't like the idea of 'complaining' and other courses of action have been proposed which I prefer.
So what happens when it goes back to Horizon, DRP letter says their solicitors will look at it with a view to further legal action.
So I think I ought to contact Horizon again to say DRP have referred it back to them and that they didn't properly serve the notice within the PFA timescales so there is no keeper liability.
Is there anything else to add or should I just re-send the same letter I sent before?0 -
You seem reluctant to accept the advice (as given by bazster) that has worked for thousands of motorists who have taken the forum's advice.
If you want to have an understanding of the likelihood of Horizon going to court, have a look at the latest 18-month record of all PPCs doing so.

Check the Horizon entry! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I can't see any entry for Horizon? Does that mean I've missed it or are you saying they have not taken anyone to court?0
