Are you sure you've exhausted his patience? Or is that you putting undue pressure on yourself? Even splitting it over 3 months would make it simpler to sort this months out. Or delaying by paying an instalment now and the rest next payday?

i don't think i can ask him.. i just can't... its way too humiliating too risk him saying no... i will figure it out.. and hope by some miracle my PPI claim will come in the next week or so (deadline 27th) and will be enough to pay it!xx

Don't feel humiliated Levi, remember you've helped him out in the past too so he knows exactly how it feels.

Lol... Yes.. she would be the bossiest of bosses. Today.. man.. the things I have climbed just so she had a fun time at soft play. The slides that have creaked and wobbled... the unpronounceable plastic tubes with shelves inside for you to climb up to eventually end up in a giant enclosed slide going round and round way too fast... because she has already gone and you have no idea where it leads to! :rotfl: the 5 year olds climbing past my fat bum wedged into spaces too small for even a 15 year old let alone me!! :rotfl:

Levi - will your landlord be happy waiting for the PPI claim to come through? Contact him. I know you're worried and embarrassed and think you're already taking the mick, but just speak to him. Far better that than avoiding him and ending up in a mess with him where the boiler goes and he just ignores your calls... Tell him what you have told us. He is as known to you as we are these days. You probably know a lot more about me... and you told us. You asked for 3 months. You forgot and you've paid it off the credit card debt. You've got hopeful PPI coming in and can chuck that at it, and clear the rest next month? I'd be happier with that plan than a tenant ignoring my calls etc..

Most probs.. I just hope I don't get screwed over by PPI now and they say I'm not due anything (even tho I deffo had unauthorised PPI on my old loan so it probably won't be nothing). I just wish it would come... SOON.
